You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.


Job Brief

A high-performing MANAGER to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives or the team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Preparing Technical and Commercial proposal including after sales services proposition.
  • Look after Project Deployment and project management.

Requirements:
  • CSE/EEE degree or a related field and Business Degree will be an added advantage
  • Successful previous experience as a sales/Presales or Business Development position in a Technology Based company for at least 3 year, consistently meeting or exceeding targets(optional)

Responsibilities:
  • Manages multiple product / projects at once
  • Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development and Digital Services
  • Represents the software department & Digital Services in meetings
  • Participates in design control activities.
  • Provides technical support to resolve the technical problems.
  • Work closely with Foreign Software principal and Develop API where applicable.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline is required
